ENVOY VMI 2.3.3

Designed for ENVOY approved customers to report inventory quantities and create a replenishment order directly within ENVOY’s ERP or Storefront upon submission. The application provides users with a comprehensive view of closets that are due for inventory, as well as those scheduled for future inventories. Assignments to these closets are made by the ENVOY approved customer, with multiple users potentially assigned to a single closet. All assigned users have visibility into scheduled inventories, ensuring inventory duplication is avoided. Additionally, the application supports offline inventory storage, allowing for submission once the user regains wifi connectivity.

For enhanced security and efficiency, QR codes can be leveraged for closet identification and validation, while bar code scanning is available for products registered within the ENVOY item database. Users also have access to a history of orders created through inventories. Depending on their level of authority, users can set par/max levels for each item and associate items within the ENVOY database to a closet, even if not initially included in the inventory list. Barcode scanning facilitates quick item number retrieval or directly adding items using the ENVOY item number.

The application streamlines inventory management through drag-and-drop functionality for organizing items in sequence. This feature eliminates the need for manual data entry post-inventory count, offering a seamless process. Approval-required orders must be configured as a Storefront customer, ensuring efficient workflow management within the system.
